Cabs For Sure offers flexible cancellation and returns policy for its services. If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so 24 hours prior to the journey without any cancellation charges for all services. However, if you request cancellation or shortening of the trip within 24 hours of the pick-up time, different rules apply based on the service you have booked.
For multi-day trips, the charge for the first day will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. For single-day trips or airport transfers, there will be no refund issued. If you cancel an airport transfer at least 2 hours prior to the pickup time, no cancellation charges will be applied.
